Question: what writing skills are taught at primary school? What are taught at high school?

Is there a proposed list of of things to be taught at each level? E.g. apostrophes, sentences etc. and is this taught explicitly? The same goes for high school, is there a specific list of writing techniques that should be taught explicitly at each level?
